Please be aware that the penalty date for cancelling or modifying SEALS room reservations is rapidly approaching. Even though we booked far more rooms than in prior years, we are still oversold, and I know that there are attendees who are still trying to obtain rooms.
As previously announced, please be aware that the following cancellation/modification policy will kick-in on June 15th: “the Hotel will charge an additional deposit on Monday, June 15th, and neither cancellations nor changes to the arrival or departure date will be allowed without losing both advance deposits.” In other words, if you need to make changes to your room reservation, PLEASE do so before Monday in order to avoid penalties.
