Congratulations to SEALS 2017 Call for Papers Winners

Congratulations to Professors David Han (Pepperdine University School of Law) and Stephanie Bornstein (University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law), two former participants in SEALS scholarship workshops, for being among the winners of 2017’s SEALS Call for Papers, along with John Newman (University of Memphis School of Law).  David work-shopped an earlier version of his paper, Middle-Value Speech, at the 2015 SEALS Works-in-Progress Program, and Stephanie presented her paper, Reckless Discrimination, at the 2016 SEALS Works-in-Progress Series: Workplace Law Program.  These two deserving papers are excellent examples of the commitment of SEALS to providing faculty members with opportunities to actively develop and share their scholarship with a wide and diverse array of their colleagues.  They are also a testament to the SEALS scholarship pipeline.
